- Spa guests must be at least 18 years of age
- The T Spa is a non-smoking facility
- Alcohol is not permitted in the Spa
- For the relaxation of all guests, cellular phone use is permitted only in the reception area
Location
The T Spa is located on the second floor of the Resort near the elevators.

- To avoid any disappointments, we strongly encourage our guests to call in advance to secure reservations, especially for weekends and holidays.
- A credit card is required to secure your reservation
Cancellation Policy
To avoid charges, please honor our 24 hour advance notice cancellation policy. Group reservations require 48 hour advance notice. No shows will be subjected to a fee equal to the service or package price. If an appointment is rescheduled on the day of the service, a $50.00 charge will be assessed on all services of $50.00 or more. Late arrivals may be subject to rescheduling or partial service at the full price.
Gratuities
As a courtesy to our guests, an 18% gratuity will be added to all services unless indicated at spa check out. We would be happy to make any adjustments you prefer.
Our Professional Staff
If you have a gender preference or request for a specific therapist, please mention it when scheduling your appointment.
Why Hurry
Please feel free to arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid feeling rushed. Allow yourself leisurely time to check in and change or come early to enjoy the steam, sauna or relaxation rooms.
Late arrivals: As a courtesy to our other guests late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled appointment and may need to be cancelled or rescheduled based on the type of service reserved.
What To Wear
The T Spa will provide you with a robe and slippers; a locker is available for your personal belongings. However, because spa services require bare skin and freedom of motion, we request that you refrain from wearing jewelry. We regret we will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items and recommend you leave them at home.
Physical Ailments, Disabilities or Allergies?
Your comfort and well-being is our first concern. Please notify the guest reservation specialist when booking your treatment about any special needs or medical conditions such as pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies or recent surgery so that we may adjust your service accordingly for your comfort and safety.

Our Spa Boutique has a full array of items and products used during treatments as
well as excellent gift items to purchase.
Gift Cards
T Spa gift cards make ideal gifts for any occasion. Spa gift cards may be purchased
in any dollar increment over $25.00 to be used toward products or services of choice.
