Blackfish

New restaurant opening in August is a “testament” to Pacific Northwest Cuisine. Salmon will be prepared using traditional Tulalip techniques over an open fire pit with Ironwood sticks. The bar will include an oyster bar with oysters shucked to order and an extensive wine list of Northwest wines along with local micro brews.
